Mauro Lardi | CEO
After graduating from Basel University Law School and receiving an LL.M. in European Law at Durham University (GB) Mauro Lardi has started to work as a lawyer since 2004. He is currently Partner at SwissLegal Lardi & Partner AG as part of the SwissLegal Group with offices in Basel, Bern, Chur, Olten, St. Gallen, Zurich and Zug. Apart from the Admission to the Bar he has gotten the certification as Notary Public of the Canton of Graubünden.
Mauro has a broad experience in representing clients in Court, as well as in contractual negotiations. He is focusing on corporate clients including young entrepreneurs. He lectures Corporate Law at the University of Applied Sciences Chur (HTW Chur). Additionally he is assuming several Board Memberships at Swiss companies in the areas of Fiduciary, Real Estate, Electronic R&D and Luxury Goods.
Kamales Lardi | Managing Partner
Kamales Lardi has more than 11 years of experience in management consulting, working for global organizations in Europe and Asia. She has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computing and Information Systems and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Durham Business School (UK). Additionally, she specialized in Strategy and Competitive Advantage at Harvard Business School (HBS).
Kamales has demonstrable capabilities in developing practical solutions that meet client requirements and extensive experience in consulting across various industries and business functions. She worked for Accenture, specializing in business process optimization and organizational design. She later developed expertise in corporate strategy, competitive intelligence and Management Cockpit design as a Strategy Consultant with Zurich Insurance Company (Switzerland). Following this, she joined Deloitte Consulting Switzerland and was later appointed Head of Social Media and Collaboration. Kamales is also currently co-authoring a book with the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) based on the Social Media Strategy Framework she developed.
Claudia Magri | Senior Consultant, Communication,

Claudia Magri is a Communications & PR professional with over 15 years of experience in developing, steering and delivering communication programs, messages and content to both internal and external target audiences. As a senior consultant at Lardi & Partner, she helps clients build, shape and manage their online and offline communication, reputation & PR in line with their business goals.
Claudia loves to work at the interface between companies and their key stakeholders and has a thorough understanding of the importance and strategic value of a coordinated and integrated communication approach across functions and channels. In recent years, she gained in-depth insights and experience in measuring and managing corporate reputation. She is particularly intrigued by the rapid changes in digital communication and the growing importance of establishing a monitoring and analysis framework for both traditional and digital media in order to monitor corporate reputation, to identify issues and opportunities and to ensure consistent and well-targeted strategic media and stakeholder communication.
Claudia holds a BA in Translation and Conference interpreting, a degree in business management and a Master of Advanced Studies in Communication Management and Leadership. She worked at the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce, led and managed the communication function at an international location marketing organization, and held various communication roles at Swiss Re and Zurich Insurance.
Terry Tucker | Geoscience Director
Lardi & Partner Consulting’s recent addition to the team is our Geoscience Director, Mr Terry Tucker, P.Geo. Mr. Tucker has technical exploration, development and mining experience gained over the last 24 years where he was CEO of a number of publicly listed companies. He has mining experience in the field in Australia, Canada, Africa, South America and Europe and is familiar with the high technical challenges and risks of exploration, development and mining projects.
He provides detailed project evaluation and due diligence of exploration and mining assets and has excellent knowledge in all areas of the mining industry including: exploration, project development, project financing, permitting, taxation and mine building; has important knowledge in international mining standards (NI 43-101, JORC) which are crucial for project financings.
The combination of practical mining and capital market experience will help enable Lardi & Partner Consulting’s clients to make a proper economic assessment including the capital needs for a specific mining project. Today, many mining projects fail as a result of underestimating capital costs, social, environmental and geological risks.
